Everyone responds differently in a crisis. Some people shut down completely. Others jump in and deal with the situation as it happens, only to fall apart later.

I’m the type of person that will jump in and deal with the situation as it happens and fall apart later. I’ve learned to take care of myself while taking care of others instead of doing one or the other extreme.
