#SeptemberBreak2015 Notebook

My notebook is my constant companion. I may not remember or build up the energy to write in it everyday, but I always have it with me for when I do write. I write out my concerns, which always seems to help relieve the stress and tension associated with them. I write down a list of 5 things I’m grateful for, 5 things I’ve accomplished, and 5 things that make me happy. I write a page and a half of whatever comes to mind. I always feel so much better after writing in my notebook — it’s like the act of writing it out makes everything seem so much brighter.

I am late to the party for  Susannah Conway’s August Break 2015, but I intend to follow the prompts through September. I’ll tag them #SeptemberBreak2015 — because I’m not quite ready to return to my self-directed schedules just yet. Additionally, I’ll be writing my responses as my camera lens has decided to malfunction after 4.5+ years of use.
